Before you begin, a few instructions:
• Each entry should correspond to an individual pledge (note: if your government made multiple pledges, an entry should be submitted for each pledge)
• Please provide up-to-date contact information in relation to the pledge.
• Fields marked with a single asterisk (*) are pre-filled with data from previous records.
• Fields marked with a double asterisk (**) are mandatory.
• The form can only be submitted once all mandatory fields are completed.
• All submissions will be reviewed prior to acceptance and publication. Please allow up to 3 working days for the updates to be displayed in the platform after submission. If after 3 working days your updates are not displayed, please contact cacarvalho@who.int
